Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Websites may also use similar browser storage, such as local storage and session storage. We use these technologies for core Site functions and, when you allow optional analytics storage, to understand how the Site is used.
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential storage | Authentication, security, core features, referrals, and remembering your analytics preference | Always active |
| Privacy-focused audience measurement | Aggregated page and interaction measurement without persistent analytics identifiers | Vercel is always active; PostHog enters this mode after rejection |
| Optional analytics storage | More detailed PostHog product analytics using first-party cookies and local storage | Off until accepted |
| Optional session replay | Recordings of navigation and on-screen interactions, with form inputs masked | Off until separately accepted |
| Payment technologies | Payment processing and fraud prevention through Stripe | Used when you make a payment |
Required cookies and browser storage support:
The analytics preference is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not an advertising identifier and cannot be disabled while the Site is expected to remember your choice.
Vercel Web Analytics is active when the Site loads. It measures Site traffic without analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. Vercel creates a request-derived hash to count a visitor for a single day; the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours and cannot be used to follow the visitor across different websites or days.
The measurements may include the page path, timestamp, referrer, coarse location, browser, operating system, and device type. We remove URL query strings and fragments and exclude our admin routes before events are sent. Vercel provides these measurements to us as aggregated reporting.
PostHog does not collect events before you make a choice. If you reject or withdraw optional analytics storage, PostHog switches to its cookieless mode. In that mode it can collect page views and masked interaction events without PostHog analytics cookies, browser-based analytics identifiers, session persistence, or a persistent person profile. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics events, and page text and element attributes are masked. PostHog uses a privacy-preserving server-side hash for aggregate measurement.
The essential local records that preserve your accept or reject choice remain so that the Site and PostHog can continue to honor it.
If you accept optional analytics, PostHog may use first-party cookies and local storage to connect page views and feature interactions into sessions. This helps us understand journeys through the Site, diagnose errors, and improve features. PostHog may receive page paths, interaction events, browser and device information, and limited error diagnostics.
You can reject this storage when first asked or withdraw your acceptance at any time. Withdrawing clears PostHog's browser analytics state and returns future measurement to the cookieless mode described above.
Session replay is a separate choice. If you enable it together with optional analytics storage, PostHog may record page changes, clicks, scrolling, and other on-screen interactions so that we can diagnose usability and reliability issues. All form inputs are masked in the recording configuration.
Session replay never runs before you make a choice or while PostHog is in cookieless mode. Turning off optional analytics storage also turns off session replay. Existing analytics acceptances made before this separate choice was introduced do not automatically enable replay.
If you make a payment, Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies that are necessary for payment processing, security, and fraud prevention. Stripe acts as an independent controller for personal data it processes through its payment services.
We do not use:
You can accept, reject, or later change optional analytics storage and session replay separately at: https://www.lebook.com/cookies-preference
Rejecting optional analytics storage does not disable the privacy-focused audience measurement described above. You can also control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking required storage may affect Site functionality.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
